At last. A day on the snow.
On the way up the mountain we came across the land slide that block access to the up and down the mountain earlier in the season. Lucky no-one was directly under it because they would surely be deady bones. People were trapped on the mountain and we’re forced to sleep in their cars overnight … what a lovely thought.
The resort car park had a grand total of 2 cars in it and what we could see of the snow wasnt incouraging. We paid the required $450 for the day and took the lift to the top. The view of the extent to which the snow “wasnt”, was obundantly obvious from the lift. The snow was less than impressive but you got to take what you can get, and get straight into the action
