Bendigo

After a very cold night, we had another warm and sunny spring day. At Daniel’s repeated and vocal requests we returned to the lake, which we now know is Weeroona or something like that. (I tried my hardest to remember the bloody name to) Had lunch in the park in the sun and left toward Lake Eppalock to check that out on the way home. The lake is decimated. Although we kind of mentioned Bendigo, we confirmed the destination only at the last minute. We booked an en-suite site, and although they sound good, my experience is mixed with some being very poor. Peak hour and the getting through the city, no problem. Daniel finishes Kinder at 3.15pm; a quick toilet visit and we’d be on the road by 3.30 … 1.5 hours to Bendigo and bing bang bong [ ... ]
