When we arrived at the resort we headed to the ticket area to organise lift passes and Daniels hire gear.
We had to log in on a computer before heading the 3mtrs to the counter … where we were instructed we had to order lift passes online on one of our mobile phones. The very helpful counter assistant then sat us down and went about doing that for us … on Ross’ s mobile. We almost thought it may have been more efficient before. It took twice as long as last year and 3 staff to complete ……. but who are we to question effeciency advancement.
