Tailored blue privacy screens

When we purchased the Expanda we didn’t particularly like the black privacy screens on offer. They were outrageously over priced, not well fitted and black?. The price was prohibitive, but the press stud fittings hanging off display units was enough for me to look at other options. For privacy screens it would seem idiotic to use a high contrast color like black; the high contrast would highlight rather then obscure as would a lighter lower contrast color such as the blue we went with.

We even stenciled a Jayco logo onto the screens to make the screens seem more included in the unit rather than some foreign object hanging of the end. The flies have shock cord gussets top and bottom and are attached to purpose made stainless steel hooks glued into place with marine grade adhesive. The flies are tailored with all positive fixing point under tension. When packed up, the mesh is supported inside the hard lid out of harms way by a shock cord net.

We planned for, and stocked up with, enough blue mesh to include awning side and end screens. We think the blue adds to the overall look of the set up camper.
