Barb wouldnt be told. Its not a real alluvial gold stream ….. its all make believe. She told a few school kids the whole southern side of the creek was her “claim”, and if they crossed over she’d thump them with the rusty shovel and steal their iPhones.
This is apparently a genuine gold rich quartz vein in one of the mines. Its said to have left for the tourists to view, after it was discovered. It looks a little painted on, but Magistrate assured Ross it was indeed gold, and he shouldnt have tried to dig it out with his car keys.
